The book sprang out of Chaison\u2019s self-produced magazine, <em>Hausfrau Muthah-Zine<\/em>, which she began producing in 2003. She adapted the book into a one-woman comedy, performed by Bess Welden in 2011. Chaison also wrote the James Beard-award nominated <em>Spice<\/em>. Her stories and comics have appeared in <em>Parent and Family<\/em>, <em>Motherwords<\/em>, <em>Sweet Dreams<\/em>, and <em>Creating a Marriage You\u2019ll Love<\/em>.
