The No Log

Please fill out this form every time you have an interaction in which you have to say “no”.

This can include:

  • Resources are not available because someone else is using them (like study rooms all checked out, reserve book in use),
  • Times we don’t have a resource or service or something is broken, missing or not working
  • Requests that need to be referred either internally (Access issues, Research help) or to UNE department like the registrar or bookstore.

Why do we want this? Keeping track of when we have to say no can help us understand what our users want, so we can either make adjustments or set expectations.
