The Board of Trustees records consists of 2 collections, Meeting Binders 2001-2011 and Trustee Files. The Meeting Binders collections is made up of materials provided to trustees in preparation for their 3 meetings per year and originally housed in binders. The binders included minutes from the previous meeting to be approved, agenda for the current meeting, reports from the President, committee meeting minutes, financial reports, and project specific records. The meetings date from February 7, 2001 to November 4-6, 2011. The Trustee Files collection consists of records relating to each of the Trustees including, correspondence, newspaper clippings, and curriculum vitae and other biographical information.
