Download e-books & audio books

Download popular e-books and audiobooks to a wide variety of devices, including smartphones, iPad/Android tablets, and Nook/Kindle Fire using the cloudLibrary database.

DVDs & Streaming Video

Borrow DVDs or watch movies for free at home using a streaming video database like Academic Video Online or Kanopy (Download the app on a Roku, iOS or Android device.)

Access to Other Libraries

Have books from other libraries delivered to your UNE Campus using MaineCat or UNE Interlibrary Loan, or visit and borrow with Maine’s Reciprocal Borrowing Program.

MaineCat

Request items from most public and academic libraries in the state and have them delivered to your UNE campus.

UNE Interlibrary Loan

Request items not available in any Maine library, as well as articles.

Reciprocal Borrowing

Use your UNE ID card to borrow from other libraries participating in Maine’s Reciprocal Borrowing Program.

Newspapers & Magazines

We subscribe to a range of local and regional newspapers, as well as popular magazines like Time, Sports Illustrated and Consumer Reports. Search for titles here.

UNE Art Galleries

Enjoy exhibits and special events at the UNE Art Galleries on both campuses. UNE employees are welcome at exhibit openings.
