The volumes series is made up of 4 types of volumes Journals, Ledgers, and Trial Balances. The Journals include 101 volumes dated 1890-1974. There are primarily 3 types of Journals: Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Books. Journals’ entries are arranged chronologically. There are 12 volumes of Ledgers dated 1890-1964. Ledgers’ entries are arranged by account name. Also included in the Volumes series are 2 Trial Balance volume dated 1903-1905 and 1929-1931 as well as a folder of loose journal pages.
